I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the amenities and pool areas were beautiful and perfect for a family getaway, the rooms really need some serious renovation. Although the second bathroom was a huge plus, the kitchen was disappointingly small and poorly equipped. Overall, the stunning views made up for some shortcomings, but it's clear that the rooms need to catch up in terms of comfort and style.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a lot of space and privacy, but they were in need of cleaning and modernization, making them feel dated. Additionally, we could hear other guests and their doors opening and closing, which was disruptive.
Service
6.0
The customer service was a mix; some staff were really friendly and helpful, but there were also a couple of rude interactions that soured the experience. I didn't appreciate being asked for a $100 security deposit, either.
Location
9.0
The location was beautiful and relaxing, offering a nice escape from the craziness of the Las Vegas Strip. It's a well-cared-for area that suits both adults and children.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was mediocre, with breakfast options that left a lot to be desired. Powedered eggs aren't really my idea of a great morning meal.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities, especially the pool areas, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The grounds felt welcoming and family-friendly, which was a big plus.

6.0/10

I had a rollercoaster experience at the Cancun resort in Las Vegas. While the room was spacious and clean, the overwhelming pressure from the sales presentation left a sour taste. The layout and amenities made it a decent stay, but the overall experience felt more like a scheme than a vacation retreat. I'd think twice before coming back, especially considering the hassles we faced.

Rooms
7.0
The room was large, featuring a separate bedroom, a living area with a small balcony, a dining table, and two bathrooms, but it did have a weird odor.
Service
5.0
The service felt more like a corporate commitment rather than hospitality; I encountered some rude behavior during the sales pitch.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located with easy access to the strip without the chaos of a casino atmosphere, making it somewhat relaxing.
Dining
5.0
We grabbed breakfast during the sales presentation, but it was less than satisfactory, leaving us hungry for better options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, especially the pool area with water slides, were enjoyable, but other common areas needed renovation.

6.2/10

Overall, I found the Cancun Resort to be a decent place to stay, especially if you're traveling with family. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated, which made the experience feel less luxurious. The pool area is a highlight, but the noise levels and crowd of families can make it less relaxing. While it’s a drive to the strip, it does have its perks, like free parking and basic amenities.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but definitely needed some updates. They were comfortable enough for my family, though the kitchenette was a nice touch to save on meals.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly and responsive, though I was disappointed with the way the timeshare meeting was handled.
Location
6.0
The location is a bit remote, about 4 miles from the main Strip, which requires driving to reach most attractions, but there are several casinos nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, with a bar offering mostly finger foods, so I wouldn’t count on high-quality meals.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was well-designed with several waterslides and hot tubs, but the noise level from families made it less than ideal for relaxation.

7.2/10

The hotel offers a great family-friendly experience with spacious rooms and a fun pool area, perfect for kids with waterslides. However, the cleanliness of the rooms at check-in was disappointing, and the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, it’s a solid option for families looking for a quieter retreat while still being close to the action of the strip.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and clean, but we encountered an issue with a dirty room at check-in, which was quite frustrating after a long trip. The kitchenette was a bit limited compared to other resorts I've stayed at.
Service
6.0
The services available were very convenient, including grocery shopping and activities for kids, but I did feel some pressure regarding timeshare presentations.
Location
8.0
The location is nice for those wanting a quieter experience away from the bustling strip while still being just a short drive to major attractions.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, but I found the food a bit on the expensive side considering the quality.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was fantastic and well-kept, with great amenities for kids, although the times for the waterslides were a bit erratic.

I had a wonderful time at the Cancun Resort. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area was a highlight for our family, with plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to a room mix-up, and some areas of the resort could use updating. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family vacation, but if you're looking for a more upscale experience, you might want to consider other options.
